Stallholder Information

We would please ask that all stallholders wait until after 2.30pm before starting to pack away.

*We have onsite caterers so please can any food/drink vendors contact us prior to the event*​​

Entrance to the Showground is from 6.30 a.m. on the day of the event. 

Camping is available on Saturday night at a cost of £13.  Entry will be possible between 2pm and 8pm - call 07722752404 on arrival and we will let you in.  Please call 07722752404 beforehand so that we know to expect you.

*6' tables with a chair are available to hire at £6 each FOR INSIDE STALLHOLDERS ONLY*

​Outside Stalls:

There is no need to pre-book an outside stall - all pitches are £20 (cash) at the gate. ​​

Inside Stands:

​All stands are 6' deep and must be pre-booked

The Pavilion is easily accessible, with unloading doors on all sides.  Help is available to load/unload should anyone need an extra hand and there is plenty of stallholder parking around the building. There is access to electricity - please request when making your booking.  ​
