Stallholder Information

As we advertise this event as being open to the public between 9am - 3pm, we would ask please that all stallholders wait until after 2.30pm before starting to pack away.

*We have onsite caterers so please can any food/drink vendors contact us prior to the event*​​

Entrance to the Showground is from 6.30 a.m. on the day of the event. 

Camping is available on Saturday night at a cost of £12 for a tent and £15 for a vehicle.  Entry will be possible between 3pm and 8pm - call 07722752404 on arrival.  Please call 07722752404 beforehand so that we know to expect you.

*We endeavour to keep stall fees as low as possible and in order to help us achieve this we would be grateful if all stallholders could please take their rubbish and any unsold items home with them at the end of the day*

*6' tables with a chair are available to hire at £6 each FOR INSIDE STALLHOLDERS ONLY*

​Outside Stalls:

There is no need to pre-book an outside stall - all pitches are £20 (cash) at the gate on arrival.​​

*If arrangements are made with a customer for any items sold to be collected later, please exchange contact details in the event that for some reason the purchaser does not return to collect them. Any stallholder unable to make contact with a purchaser, please let us know by calling 07722752404 on the day.*​​​​

​All stands are 6' deep and must be pre-booked

The Pavilion is easily accessible, with unloading doors on all sides.  Help is available to load/unload should anyone need an extra hand and there is plenty of stallholder parking around the building. There is access to electricity - please request when making your booking.  ​
